HR Director
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team on a contract basis in Scarborough, Ontario. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee human resources operations and contribute to the strategic development of policies and practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing HR systems, driving compliance, and supporting organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and oversee HR operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with relevant regulations.<br>• Manage and optimize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and HRMS to streamline processes and improve efficiency.<br>• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to support organizational growth and compliance.<br>• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate management of benefit functions.<br>• Provide guidance and support for training initiatives to enhance employee development and performance.<br>• Collaborate with leadership to align human resources strategies with business goals.<br>• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.<br>• Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of HCM systems.<br>• Support recruitment efforts through effective ATS management and strategic hiring practices.<br>• Handle employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, HRMS, and HCM tools.<br>• Expertise in managing employee benefits programs and HR administration.<br>• Familiarity with recruitment processes and ATS management.<br>• Solid understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.<br>• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate effectively.<br>• Demonstrated ability to analyze HR metrics and apply insights to improve operations.<br>• Adept at training and development initiatives to boost employee performance.
