Receptionist
<p>We are looking for an organized and personable Receptionist in Richmond Hill, Ontario. This contract position requires someone who excels at multitasking, communication, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions with clients and team members.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.</p><p>• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as necessary.</p><p>• Coordinate email correspondence, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.</p><p>• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and in a timely manner.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for administrative tasks and document preparation.</p><p>• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments.</p><p>• Proactively introduce yourself to team members and clients to build rapport and foster strong relationships.</p>
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service.<br>• Strong skills in data entry and email communication.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br>• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.<br>• Ability to manage mail distribution and file organization efficiently.<br>• Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
