Client Care Coordinator
We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join a healthcare setting in Ontario on a contract basis. This position plays an important part in creating a positive experience for patients by supporting front-desk activities, coordinating appointments, and helping daily clinic operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, sound judgement, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a supportive and attentive first point of contact.<br>• Coordinate patient movement within the clinic by directing individuals to the appropriate care providers and services.<br>• Gather, confirm, and maintain accurate patient details in both digital and paper-based records.<br>• Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and handle booking changes efficiently.<br>• Prepare, file, print, and organize documentation to support smooth administrative operations.<br>• Provide assistance with billing-related tasks while working alongside the centralized billing support team.<br>• Make outbound calls to prospective contacts from provided lists to support outreach activities.<br>• Carry out routine cleaning and sanitization tasks to help maintain a tidy and safe office environment.<br>• Offer day-to-day administrative assistance to colleagues as operational needs arise.
• Proven ability to deliver courteous and attentive service in a client-facing environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.<br>• Comfort working in a busy setting that requires flexibility, sound reasoning, and quick adaptation.<br>• Previous experience in reception, retail, hospitality, healthcare support, or another service-oriented role is an asset.<br>• Ability to manage appointment scheduling, phone coverage, and record administration accurately.<br>• Familiarity with billing support, insurance-related processes, or medical office procedures is considered an advantage.<br>• Confidence using file management systems and standard administrative tools in an office setting.
