<p>We're recruiting for a Bilingual (English/French) Learning Consultant for a short term, remote contract. As a Bilingual Learning Consultant, you will work closely as a leader on the project team to analyze training needs, oversee direct reports (Instructional Designers, and a Learning Coordinator), and oversee the delivery of effective training programs to employees at all levels. This position is for a true consultant who has experience leading the learning on software implementations, and other projects on the enterprise-wide scope.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Be a pivotal member of the project team, collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, business partners and subject matter experts to develop a holistic learning strategy that aligns with the project goals</li><li>Conduct a thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across various departments and roles</li><li>Oversee Instructional Designers, through development and curation of training content, including videos, instructor-led sessions, job aids, infographics, and multimedia resources to cater to different learning styles </li><li>Work in tandem with the change management team to integrate learning initiatives into the broader change strategy, ensuring seamless transition and user adoption</li><li>Collaborate with project team, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training objectives with overall business objectives</li><li>Oversee the creation of comprehensive training documentation, guides, and manuals for end users to refer to post-training</li><li>Oversee a Learning Coordinator and one or more Instructional Designer through the project, and provide guidance and mentorship</li></ul>

<ul><li>Must be <strong>bilingual (English and French)</strong></li><li>Demonstrated experience as a Learning and Development Consultant, ideally coming from a consulting background, software implementation project experience is a must</li><li>Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques</li><li>Familiarity with cloud based HRIS systems and their implementation processes</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audience</li><li>Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Analytical mindset, capable of assessing training needs and evaluating training effectiveness</li><li>Leadership skills to manage a project team and drive their professional development</li><li>Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and multimedia software</li></ul>
