Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy team in Coquitlam, British Columbia on a Contract basis. This role combines front-line customer support with administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day. You will support sales and training-related activities by handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, preparing customer documents, and helping keep schedules and bookings on track. This is a fully in-office opportunity in a structured environment where strong communication and attention to detail are essential.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and emails, providing timely and effective assistance to customers and internal contacts.<br>• Enter and update client information in internal systems with accuracy, ensuring records remain complete and current.<br>• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and training-related bookings to help maintain an organized daily workflow.<br>• Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer quotations and related documentation in a timely manner.<br>• Support registration and booking activities for equipment training programs using the designated booking platform.<br>• Assist sales representatives by routing inquiries, sharing information, and helping manage customer communication.<br>• Conduct follow-up with customers to confirm details, answer questions, and support a positive service experience.<br>• Perform general office administration tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the department and broader team.
• Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar support role.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally by phone and email.<br>• Proven ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.<br>• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data entry, scheduling, and customer documentation.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting with frequent inbound customer contact.<br>• Experience with order entry, appointment scheduling, or booking systems is considered an asset.
