<p>Our client, a growing manufacturing/distribution organization in Halton, is seeking a hands-on <strong>Controller</strong> to oversee the full finance function and partner closely with leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who enjoys being embedded in the business, driving process improvements, and having a direct impact on company performance. <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>CPA designation required</li><li>Progressive full cycle accounting and finance leadership experience</li><li>Manufacturing experience preferred</li><li>Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills</li><li>Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Oracle, MS Dynamics or SAP ERP experience</li></ul><p><br></p>
