Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Review and assess large volumes of resumes to identify top candidates for further consideration. • Conduct interviews and evaluate potential hires based on qualifications and alignment with company values. • Utilize recruitment platforms such as Indeed and CareerBuilder to attract and engage candidates. • Maintain strong communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Leverage ATS and CRM tools to streamline recruitment workflows and track candidate progress. • Promote a positive candidate experience by treating all applicants with respect and professionalism. • Adhere to industry best practices and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS systems, and CRM platforms. • Strong knowledge of hiring processes and HR administration. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment practices is an asset. • Demonstrated ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational values. • Experience using platforms like Indeed and CareerBuilder for sourcing candidates.
