HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Bolton, Ontario. This role requires a skilled individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes while upholding our core values and fostering positive candidate experiences. If you have a passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities, this position is perfect for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.<br>• Review and assess large volumes of resumes to identify top candidates for further consideration.<br>• Conduct interviews and evaluate potential hires based on qualifications and alignment with company values.<br>• Utilize recruitment platforms such as Indeed and CareerBuilder to attract and engage candidates.<br>• Maintain strong communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.<br>• Leverage ATS and CRM tools to streamline recruitment workflows and track candidate progress.<br>• Promote a positive candidate experience by treating all applicants with respect and professionalism.<br>• Adhere to industry best practices and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.<br>• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.<br>• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS systems, and CRM platforms.<br>• Strong knowledge of hiring processes and HR administration.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment practices is an asset.<br>• Demonstrated ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational values.<br>• Experience using platforms like Indeed and CareerBuilder for sourcing candidates.
