Administrative Coordinator<p>Robert Half is in search of a part-time Administrative Coordinator! As an integral part of this company's operations, the Administrative Coordinator assists with various administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, and coordinating office activities. This role is vital to the smooth functioning of operations and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The part-time hours will be 3-4 hours per day and 3-4 days per week. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities of the Part-Time Administrative Coordinator:</p><p>• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office</p><p>• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained</p><p>• Coordinate events as necessary, contributing to a positive work environment</p><p>• Participate in necessary administrative duties such as data entry and record keeping</p><p>• Assist with the management and updating of vehicle and trailer fleet registrations</p><p>• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of onboarding supplies</p><p>• Support human resources activities as needed</p><p>• Answer inbound calls, addressing customer needs and concerns</p><p>• Utilize problem-solving skills to take initiative on various tasks</p><p>• Work independently to complete tasks and projects as assigned</p>
