This role focuses on preparing and overseeing a <strong>NERC CIP audit</strong>, tracking CIP evidence responses, and ensuring audit readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing security projects, and prior audit experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Direct project team personnel, manage cost and schedule, and serve as customer interface</li><li>Track CIP evidence responses and ensure audit readiness</li><li>Manage technical scope, cost, and schedule of assigned tasks</li><li>Lead project teams including executives, SMEs, controllers, and schedulers</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables</li><li>Create project management plans, execute governance reviews, and ensure compliance with PMO standards</li><li>Manage project budget, track actuals vs. plan, and provide monthly forecasts</li><li>Deliver high-quality written and verbal communications including status reports and dashboards</li><li>Monitor project tasks, timelines, milestones, and quality of deliverables</li></ul>

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving automation, compliance, and security improvements across the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the implementation of an identity governance platform to streamline provisioning and deprovisioning processes.<br>• Manage the integration of SailPoint with Active Directory and other relevant applications.<br>• Lead automated access auditing campaigns to ensure compliance and security.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify applications for SailPoint integration.<br>• Direct role-based provisioning and Active Directory group mapping efforts.<br>• Coordinate the implementation of SailPoint for enhanced identity management.<br>• Ensure seamless integration of SailPoint with non-native applications.<br>• Monitor project progress using Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira.<br>• Address and resolve audit findings by improving IAM processes.<br>• Develop and maintain governance frameworks to support identity management initiatives.
