This role involves managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of property accounting records. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in real estate accounting and a strong ability to handle month-end processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Manage property accounting tasks, including tracking expenses and revenue.<br>• Perform month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.<br>• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial consistency.<br>• Process journal entries and verify their accuracy.<br>• Conduct account and bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.<br>• Utilize property management systems, such as Yardi, MRI, or RealPage, to streamline accounting processes.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support.<br>• Monitor and report on financial performance for multiple properties.<br>• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
