This role will support enterprise User Activity Monitoring (UAM) capabilities and associated infrastructure while partnering with stakeholders to enhance monitoring coverage, system performance, and operational effectiveness.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring recent hands-on experience supporting UAM technologies, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate in a highly secure environment.</p><p><strong>Security Clearance Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Active <strong>Top Secret (TS)</strong> clearance, or candidates who held an active TS clearance within the last two years.</li><li>Candidates must be eligible to obtain a <strong>DHS EOD SCI</strong> prior to start.</li><li>SCI eligibility is required; active SCI is not required at the time of application.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support enterprise User Activity Monitoring (UAM) solutions, including updates, deployments, configuration changes, and ongoing sustainment activities.</li><li>Perform maintenance and operational support to ensure UAM functionality and reliability across the enterprise.</li><li>Identify and resolve monitoring and coverage gaps.</li><li>Partner with analysts and stakeholders to implement new configurations, data feeds, and monitoring enhancements.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration baselines.</li><li>Assist with training activities and knowledge transfer related to UAM tools and processes.</li><li>Support certification and personnel development initiatives as directed.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting UAM platforms and supporting infrastructure.</li><li>Participate in system improvements that strengthen monitoring, compliance, and insider threat detection capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
