This role will work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller, as well as internal Legal and Investor Relations teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Fund &amp; Management Company Accounting</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with wires related to capital distributions, redemptions, and expenses.</li><li>Support quarterly and annual close, including financial statements, supporting schedules, and valuation-related work.</li><li>Work closely with the external fund administrator to review and monitor books and records.</li><li>Prepare quarterly investor reports and supporting schedules.</li><li>Assist with complex valuations, public comparable analyses, and liquidation waterfalls.</li><li>Monitor and coordinate the collection of financial data from privately held portfolio companies.</li><li>Maintain documentation in accordance with finance policies and procedures.</li><li>Liaise with external auditors and support year-end audit and tax preparation.</li></ul><p><strong>Investor &amp; Limited Partner Support</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with Finance and Investor Relations teams on capital call and distribution allocations.</li><li>Prepare investor notices and related supporting materials.</li><li>Track and prepare Limited Partner and portfolio company audit confirmations.</li><li>Assist with improving and automating the confirmation process.</li></ul><p><br></p>
