The person in this role will contribute to the smooth handling of litigation matters by coordinating filings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication across cases.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee attorney schedules in Outlook, keeping meetings, hearings, and case-related commitments accurately updated.<br>• Monitor key litigation dates, including discovery milestones, response due dates, and other court-sensitive deadlines, to help matters progress on time.<br>• Maintain organized task tracking and deadline records within the firm’s case management tools and internal databases.<br>• Handle subpoena coordination by preparing, tracking, and following up on requests as needed.<br>• Draft, assemble, and distribute legal forms, correspondence, and other firm documents with accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Support document organization across active matters by managing files and keeping case materials accessible and current.<br>• Assist with court submission activities, including state court e-filing processes and coordination with external filing providers when required.<br>• Provide bilingual support and translation assistance to facilitate clear communication in Spanish and English when needed.
