This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact by providing actionable insights and improving cost control processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct detailed analysis of cost components, including materials, labor, and overhead, to support operational efficiency and profitability.</p><p>• Reconcile inventory data across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy in valuation and identifying usage trends for improvement.</p><p>• Develop and implement standardized procedures for cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency metrics.</p><p>• Perform variance analysis to identify cost fluctuations and inconsistencies, delivering comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.</p><p>• Investigate discrepancies and anomalies in data through root cause analysis, utilizing advanced Excel and data mining techniques.</p><p>• Prepare journal entries related to inventory and cost data to support accurate month-end close processes.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Utilize tools such as Power BI and other analytics platforms to present data insights in a clear and actionable manner.</p><p>• Monitor and review pricing strategies to align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial data and operational processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Our client offers a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, Paid time off and more.
