The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems and is confident managing payroll functions with minimal oversight. Knowledge of California laws and regulations would be preferred, but not required, to assist with payroll processors at our other divisions.</li><li>Maintain payroll records and ensure timely updates to employee data, tax information, and direct deposits.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and Accounting to reconcile payroll data, benefit deductions, and general ledger entries.</li><li>Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Support quarterly and year-end activities including W-2s, tax filings, and audits.</li><li>Stay current with payroll-related laws and ADP system enhancements to ensure continued compliance and efficiency.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p>
