This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex legal tasks independently while collaborating effectively with clients and professionals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of workers’ compensation claims, identifying outstanding benefits and creating action plans to address them.<br>• Communicate directly with clients, attorneys, court staff, and other relevant professionals to facilitate case progress.<br>• Perform legal research and analysis, including reviewing applicable statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions.<br>• Draft demand letters and other substantive legal correspondence to support case resolution.<br>• Participate in client meetings, as well as discussions with medical providers and vocational rehabilitation counselors, to gather necessary information.<br>• Resolve routine legal matters under the guidance of attorneys, including negotiating settlements when appropriate.<br>• Maintain and organize a high volume of cases, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.<br>• Utilize case management software to monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines are met.<br>• Assist in trial preparation, including the coordination of discovery materials and other litigation-related tasks.
