Please call Lisa Cole at Robert Half for more details. 916-649-0832</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, FP& A, treasury, tax, compliance, and investor reporting.</li><li>Serve as a strategic partner in evaluating, negotiating, and integrating M& A opportunities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration.</li><li>Act as the key financial liaison to private equity investors, providing accurate, timely, and transparent reporting and insights.</li><li>Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.</li><li>Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team; develop talent and support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance across all financial and operational processes.</li><li>Partner with other departments to align financial strategy with business objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p>Accounting Manager/SupervisorOversees Finance Department operations, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, audits, and financial reporting.<br><br>Develops and implements departmental goals, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.<br><br>Manages budgeting processes, prepares complex financial reports, and ensures timely completion of financial statements and audits.<br><br>Supervises and evaluates finance staff, handles performance issues, and provides training and guidance.<br><br>Advises on financial policy and compliance, conducts studies, and recommends improvements to systems, operations, and procedures.
