Requires someone who is detail oriented and can ensure accuracy in accounting processes, produce timely financial reports, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making. If you are interested please reach out to Steve Cashman on LinkedIn or call Steve at 612.446.5690.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and inventory control.</p><p>• Handle monthly and annual financial close processes, including income statement and balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger analysis.</p><p>• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements in compliance with organizational standards.</p><p>• Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance, trends, costs, and budgets, and generate ad hoc reports as required.</p><p>• Present financial results and insights to management, board members, and stakeholders on a regular basis.</p><p>• Assist in the creation and management of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p><p><br></p>
