The role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, mentorship, and hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Troubleshoot connectivity and advanced network issues on end-user devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.<br>• Replace and install network equipment, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces when necessary.<br>• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with users to address technical challenges.<br>• Provide proactive engagement and maintain an approachable demeanor while interacting with colleagues and clients.<br>• Handle helpdesk or general IT support tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.<br>• Utilize and manage Juniper and Aruba networking systems, ensuring optimal performance.<br>• Configure and maintain Cisco routers and switches for seamless network operations.<br>• Monitor and manage Palo Alto firewalls to ensure secure network connectivity.<br>• Implement and troubleshoot Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) configurations.<br>• Maintain and oversee Cisco ASA devices to support network security.
