As we expand, we’re looking to bring on a senior-level Network Administrator to strengthen our technical capabilities and provide escalation support for complex infrastructure issues.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The Network Administrator will serve as the senior technical resource within our team, supporting and maintaining client networks, systems, and firewalls. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mentoring junior staff, and solving challenging infrastructure problems. You’ll be the go-to expert for escalations and will play a key role in improving our service delivery and technical standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the escalation point for help desk and desktop support technicians.</li><li>Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot client networks, servers, and firewalls.</li><li>Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls (e.g., SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco), and VPNs.</li><li>Perform system upgrades, patch management, and backup verification.</li><li>Assist with onboarding new clients and performing network assessments.</li><li>Document network configurations and maintain accurate client records.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and technical documentation.</li><li>Provide occasional client-facing support for high-level issues or project work.</li></ul><p><br></p>
