In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the safety and HR departments, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and maintaining compliance standards. This is a contract-to-permanent position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate the onboarding process by managing employment documentation and ensuring timely completion.<br>• Maintain accurate employment records, compliance files, and various logs and trackers.<br>• Schedule and organize safety orientations, training sessions, and registrations.<br>• Address onboarding inquiries, process internal job requests, and handle employee referrals.<br>• Verify employment eligibility documents such as I-9s and ensure compliance with company policies.<br>• Input data into company systems and report training hours to the payroll department.<br>• Provide administrative assistance to the safety, HR, and operations teams.<br>• Monitor and manage the submission of documentation and ensure compliance with deadlines.<br>• Support general office functions, including answering inbound calls and managing correspondence.
