Human Resources Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support key HR and administrative functions while growing into a leadership role over time. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in both HR and payroll processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring all required paperwork and procedures are completed accurately.<br>• Manage and maintain employee files, including orientation materials and review documentation.<br>• Handle data entry tasks related to payroll, benefits, and employee records with precision.<br>• Organize and track employee review schedules, insurance payments, and other follow-up calendars.<br>• Conduct audits of health insurance and 401(k) payments to ensure accuracy.<br>• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of employee-related documents such as performance reviews and benefits information.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks across HR and payroll departments, providing cross-functional support as needed.<br>• Support the training and safety programs by maintaining relevant documentation and schedules.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline HR and payroll processes, contributing to overall efficiency.<br>• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects as required.
• Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment and changing priorities.<br>• Willingness to learn and grow into expanded HR responsibilities.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Familiarity with payroll systems and HR procedures is a plus.<br>• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
