The role works closely with internal departments and external partners to improve visibility, support fulfillment activity, and keep fleet operations running smoothly through timely communication and reliable reporting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Maintain and reconcile equipment inventory information across multiple locations to support accurate asset visibility throughout the network.</p><p>• Review operational records and assist with audits to identify discrepancies, correct data issues, and strengthen inventory accuracy.</p><p>• Support equipment availability planning by tracking fleet activity and helping coordinate inventory allocation based on business needs.</p><p>• Communicate operational priorities, inventory updates, and status changes with internal teams, customers, and service partners.</p><p>• Assist with equipment fulfillment tasks such as release coordination, delivery follow-up, decal tracking, and related service updates.</p><p>• Monitor chassis movement activity, investigate transaction exceptions, and work with appropriate teams to resolve data integrity issues.</p><p>• Prepare operational reports and performance summaries that help leadership evaluate inventory trends and fleet utilization.</p><p>• Track lease start and end activity and provide timely updates to operations, commercial, and customer-facing teams.</p><p>• Support asset disposition efforts, including sale and scrap activity, while ensuring fleet records remain current and accurate.</p>

This position is well suited for someone who brings experience in financial crime review, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to communicate case outcomes clearly within a structured environment.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to hourly compensation - this position offers a monthly bonus, based on performance metrics.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Examine transactional activity, system-generated alerts, and related records to detect indicators of money laundering, sanctions exposure, fraud, or other suspicious activity.</p><p>• Conduct detailed case assessments, determine the level of risk presented, and recommend escalation when further investigation or reporting may be warranted.</p><p>• Create well-organized written case narratives that capture review steps, supporting evidence, conclusions, and proposed follow-up actions.</p><p>• Apply AML, KYC, and compliance knowledge to recognize unusual behavior patterns and evaluate cases against internal controls and risk standards.</p><p>• Carry out reviews with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established quality expectations within the compliance program.</p><p>• Use Excel and data analysis methods to sort information, identify notable patterns, and support fact-based investigative decisions.</p><p>• Complete all required onboarding and training activities while maintaining full availability throughout the approximately five-week training period.</p><p>• Assist with program-related workflow tasks, including proper documentation and compliance with virtual interview, hiring, and background screening processes when required.</p>
