This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while receiving training, professional development, and exposure to employment-based immigration matters in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the legal team, including organizing, sorting, and distributing mail and scanning documents received from clients and beneficiaries.</li><li>Update and manage case status information, track deadlines, and communicate case progress or issues to supervisors and team members.</li><li>Organize, maintain, and file legal documents and supporting materials.</li><li>Prepare, collect, and organize case materials for shipping and processing.</li><li>Learn procedural and processing requirements for various non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications.</li><li>Assist with drafting, assembling, and preparing immigration petitions and applications.</li><li>Respond to internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Produce accurate work product and proactively escalate issues when needed.</li><li>Utilize case management and data systems accurately and consistently.</li><li>Follow established firm procedures, documentation standards, and compliance protocols.</li></ul>
