<p>A small manufacturing company based in South Hackensack, NJ is currently seeking to hire a Controller. The Controller will report directly to ownership, and will have full oversight of the accounting team (3-4 staff). The Controller will he directly responsible for driving the monthly close process, overseeing all inventory and costs associated with operations, and managing relationships with their asset based lenders. The ideal Controller will have a demonstrated history of working in small to mid-market, inventory intensive operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, owning negotiations (insurance, property leases, benefits, etc.), and working directly with ownership.
