We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Hauppauge, New York. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial management and extensive expertise in the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen and leadership skills to drive organizational success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.<br>• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.<br>• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, board members, and external partners.<br>• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the non-profit industry.<br>• Utilize systems such as Sage Intacct to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.<br>• Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.<br>• Lead the evaluation and management of health insurance and other employee benefits.<br>• Monitor inbound inquiries and ensure timely and effective responses.<br>• Strengthen organizational relationships by building and maintaining trust with stakeholders.<br>• Provide guidance to the executive team on financial decisions and long-term planning.

• Minimum of 7 years of financial leadership experience, preferably within the non-profit sector.<br>• Expertise in using Sage Intacct or similar financial systems.<br>• Proven ability to manage health insurance and employee benefits programs.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.<br>• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.<br>• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements for non-profits.<br>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.<br>• Effective communication skills to convey financial information to diverse audiences.
