In this role, you will handle key financial processes, including vendor management and payment processing, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading organization in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare, issue, and manage payment checks for vendors.</p><p>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and records.</p><p>• Add new vendors to the system and ensure proper documentation.</p><p>• Conduct regular check runs and ensure timely payments.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage documentation and reporting.</p><p>• Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed.</p>
