This attorney will be handling toxic tort cases, including in preferential litigation matters. <br> Responsibilities: • Oversee case management from inception through trial for toxic tort defense cases, including preferential cases. • Conduct discovery processes, including depositions. • Handle law and motion activities. • Make appearances in court as required. • Draft and review pleadings. • Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel. • Prepare for and participate in trials as necessary. • Provide guidance and supervision to entry level associates on the team.
