- <p>Robert Half is seeking an IT Systems Administrator; this is an opportunity for a well-rounded IT Systems Administrator who enjoys balancing infrastructure administration with end-user support. You'll serve as the primary onsite IT resource, supporting Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, and day-to-day technical operations while partnering closely with leadership on ongoing technology initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>· Administer and support Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Windows environments. </p><p>· Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop imaging, equipment deployment, account provisioning, and user access. </p><p>· Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and remote access. </p><p>· Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, wireless connectivity, and Cisco networking equipment. </p><p>· Coordinate endpoint management, remote devices, and ongoing technical support for a distributed workforce. </p><p>· Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and technical procedures. </p><p>· Assist with infrastructure planning, technology improvements, and IT best practices. </p><p>· Coordinate with technology vendors and third-party service providers as needed. </p><p>· Help ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations across the organization.</p>
