This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership while helping build an IT function designed for rapid growth. Role SummaryThe IT Operations Lead will oversee day-to-day corporate IT operations while remaining deeply hands-on with systems administration, automation, executive support, AV technologies, and service delivery. This role will help lead and mentor a growing team while developing automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and reduce support volume. The ideal candidate has progressed from systems administration or engineering into technical leadership and has experience supporting a rapidly scaling organization.
