<p>Our long-time client is looking for a skilled <strong>Financial Data Analyst</strong> to join their team on a <strong>contract </strong>basis in <strong>Lebanon, Tennessee</strong>. This position will focus primarily on leveraging data analytics to support business operations during a leave. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in <strong>Excel </strong>and <strong>Tableau</strong>, with a strong ability to format, update, and analyze data to generate impactful reports and insights.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Compile and manage sales transfer reports used for calculating sales representative commissions.</p><p>• Create, refine, and distribute monthly regional and consolidated sales reports.</p><p>• Prepare and develop data sources to address strategic business challenges and support key initiatives.</p><p>• Design and maintain <strong>dashboards </strong>and <strong>tabular </strong>reports to enhance front-end reporting capabilities.</p><p>• Train and support end-users to effectively utilize reporting tools and analytics.</p><p>• Identify issues independently and propose practical solutions to improve processes.</p><p>• Interpret analytics results to assess their business impact and align projects with strategic objectives.</p><p>• Foster collaboration across teams through strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.</p><p>• Monitor and quantify the value generated by analytics projects to drive business outcomes.</p><p>• Develop advanced data visualizations and dashboards, with Tableau as the preferred tool.</p>
