This role is responsible for driving complex, high-impact HR initiatives that align with corporate strategy and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while leading cross-functional initiatives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage multiple HR and cross-functional projects, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans that align with business objectives.</li><li>Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project challenges, and drive successful outcomes through effective planning and problem-solving.</li><li>Partner with HR, technology teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and vendors to ensure alignment, communication, and project execution.</li><li>Monitor project performance, provide executive-level reporting, and deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing project management processes, tools, and best practices, while mentoring team members as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of customer programs within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, managing customer relationships, and supporting continued business growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Customer & Program Management</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of customer programs, including new product introductions (NPI)</li><li>Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution</li></ul><p><strong>Financial & Business Ownership</strong></p><ul><li>Own quoting, order management, and gross margin performance for assigned accounts</li><li>Support strategic account planning and identify growth opportunities</li><li>Prepare and deliver program performance and financial reporting</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and other teams to drive execution</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to meet customer and operational goals</li><li>Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Risk Management & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and mitigate risks across programs and escalate when needed</li><li>Drive improvements in NPI and operational processes</li><li>Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction</li></ul>
