Scope includes: control testing, financial audits, operational audits, IT audits, and compliance reviews for all North American business</li><li>Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership through oral presentations and written reports, effectively communicating results, areas of concern, and proposed corrective actions</li><li>Monitor and report on the status of action plans agreed by management, and provide periodic reports on the status of internal audit activities, results, and progress against the annual audit plan</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with the external audit team</li><li>Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and accounting standards to ensure compliance and recommend necessary adjustments to internal control systems and processes</li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
