KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports • Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting-related matters • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience • CPA license strongly preferred or certified management accountant • Public accounting and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred • Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management • skills in Financial Analysis and Internal Controls • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Management Systems • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to work independently • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced skills required) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
