<p>We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, and Microsoft-based systems. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, ticket management, and user assistance in a dynamic, on-site environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Monitor, update, and resolve technical support tickets using a ticketing system to ensure timely issue resolution.</p><p>• Provide hands-on assistance to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues.</p><p>• Install, configure, and maintain department-approved software and ensure device functionality.</p><p>• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Azure objects, including accounts, groups, and containers.</p><p>• Set up and support end-user devices and location-based equipment for optimal performance.</p><p>• Offer basic training and technical guidance to users on hardware and software tools.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity or system access issues as they arise.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to IT policies and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions.</p>
