This Senior Paralegal must have at least 5+ years of experience working in investment management, asset management, or private equity. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting board of director's meetings, preparing proxy statements, filing Section 16 filings including Forms 3, 4, and 5, and have prior Investment Company Act of 1940 experience.
