This position plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new hires across various departments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage onboarding for large volumes of new hires weekly</li><li>Prepare and distribute offer letters, new hire packets, and onboarding schedules</li><li>Facilitate virtual and in-person new hire orientations</li><li>Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements including background checks, I-9 verifications, and E-Verify</li><li>Maintain accurate records in HRIS and onboarding platforms</li><li>Act as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support throughout the onboarding process</li><li>Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and department managers to ensure timely and efficient onboarding</li><li>Monitor onboarding checklists and follow up on outstanding items</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements</li></ul><p><br></p>
