We are looking for a skilled HR Analyst to join our team in Carson, California. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and extensive experience in employee relations and workplace matters. The role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex HR scenarios while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach. Responsibilities:• Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace issues with professionalism and discretion.• Conduct and participate in meet-and-confer sessions to ensure alignment between employees and management.• Provide guidance and support in HR administrative functions, including benefits management and onboarding processes.• Utilize HRIS systems to manage and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively implement HR programs and initiatives.• Offer expert advice on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.• Monitor and enforce adherence to labor laws and regulations within the organization.• Develop and maintain documentation related to HR processes and employee relations actions.• Assist in evaluating and improving HR strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Proven experience in employee relations, including handling grievances and workplace disputes. • Strong knowledge of HR administrative processes, such as onboarding and benefits management. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their application in maintaining employee records. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and management. • Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to HR practices. • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple HR tasks. • Prior experience in a government or public sector setting is preferred but not required.
