HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for a skilled HR Analyst to join our team in Carson, California. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and extensive experience in employee relations and workplace matters. The role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex HR scenarios while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace issues with professionalism and discretion.</p><p>• Conduct and participate in meet-and-confer sessions to ensure alignment between employees and management.</p><p>• Provide guidance and support in HR administrative functions, including benefits management and onboarding processes.</p><p>• Utilize HRIS systems to manage and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively implement HR programs and initiatives.</p><p>• Offer expert advice on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.</p><p>• Monitor and enforce adherence to labor laws and regulations within the organization.</p><p>• Develop and maintain documentation related to HR processes and employee relations actions.</p><p>• Assist in evaluating and improving HR strategies to meet organizational goals.</p>
• Proven experience in employee relations, including handling grievances and workplace disputes.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR administrative processes, such as onboarding and benefits management.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their application in maintaining employee records.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and management.<br>• Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to HR practices.<br>• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple HR tasks.<br>• Prior experience in a government or public sector setting is preferred but not required.
