This is a permanent role, reporting into the Director of Operations, managing a staff of more than 10 employees. Our client is looking for candidates from the food & beverage manufacturing space specifically. Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement is required.</p><p><br></p><p>This role would be on-site 5 days per week. It's a hands on role for a growing business, so dedication to the day to day business is paramount.</p><p><br></p><p>For the right candidate our client is looking to pay the Production Manager a starting base salary up to $140K + bonuses.
