This position collaborates closely with business users, IT teammates, and third-party vendors to ensure critical applications remain stable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Operations & Support</strong></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day support for core enterprise platforms and associated integrations.</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure application reliability.</li><li>Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization or improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Business & Systems Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements.</li><li>Assist in designing system enhancements that maximize the value of existing platforms while limiting unnecessary customization.</li><li>Document workflows, functional requirements, and system configurations.</li></ul><p><strong>Testing & Implementation</strong></p><ul><li>Develop test plans and test cases for application enhancements and updates.</li><li>Coordinate user acceptance testing and regression testing activities.</li><li>Track and manage defects while working with vendors or internal teams to resolve issues.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology Evaluation & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in evaluating new software tools or technologies that support evolving business requirements.</li><li>Contribute to initiatives that modernize or enhance the overall applications ecosystem.</li><li>Provide technical insight during system upgrades, integrations, and technology planning.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Participation</strong></p><ul><li>Support application-related initiatives from planning through implementation.</li><li>Assist with system configuration, documentation, and deployment tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. </li></ul><p><br></p>
