We are seeking a hands-on IT Field Infrastructure Technician to support the deployment, maintenance, and ongoing operation of technology infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is responsible for installing and configuring network equipment, setting up end-user devices, supporting site openings, and providing on-site technical support.The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure reliable technology operations. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Deployment<ul><li>Install and configure firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and network-connected devices</li><li>Coordinate ISP circuit activations and configure basic network services (VLANs, DHCP, DNS)</li><li>Deploy laptops, printers, VoIP phones, displays, and backup power systems</li><li>Validate infrastructure readiness prior to site go-live</li></ul>Field Support<ul><li>Travel to locations to troubleshoot network, hardware, and connectivity issues</li><li>Replace and reconfigure equipment as needed</li><li>Support hardware refreshes and technology lifecycle initiatives</li><li>Maintain accurate network and asset documentation</li></ul>IT Support<ul><li>Provision, image, and deploy endpoint devices</li><li>Support Microsoft 365 workstation setup and user onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with internal and outsourced support teams on escalations</li><li>Assist with asset management and inventory tracking</li></ul>

The company operates at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, software, automation, and engineering, supporting both corporate and production environments. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership while helping build an IT function designed for rapid growth. Role SummaryThe IT Operations Lead will oversee day-to-day corporate IT operations while remaining deeply hands-on with systems administration, automation, executive support, AV technologies, and service delivery. This role will help lead and mentor a growing team while developing automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and reduce support volume. The ideal candidate has progressed from systems administration or engineering into technical leadership and has experience supporting a rapidly scaling organization. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead day-to-day IT operations, establish priorities, resolve escalations, and mentor technical team members.</li><li>Build automation and integrations using Python, PowerShell, Bash, APIs, webhooks, and other scripting technologies.</li><li>Develop and optimize AI-enabled support workflows, chatbots, self-service capabilities, and ticket automation.</li><li>Analyze service desk trends to identify opportunities for automation, documentation, process improvement, and ticket reduction.</li><li>Provide white-glove technology support for executives, leadership teams, and other high-priority users.</li><li>Oversee conference room technology, collaboration platforms, live events, company-wide meetings, and AV operations.</li><li>Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS, identity, endpoint management, collaboration, and ITSM platforms.</li><li>Drive IT service management practices including SLAs, escalations, change management, asset lifecycle management, and operational documentation.</li><li>Partner with Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, Facilities, and business teams on cross-functional initiatives.</li><li>Manage technology vendors, licensing, service quality, and operational costs.</li><li>Support technology initiatives across corporate and manufacturing environments as the organization expands.</li><li>Help recruit, develop, and scale the IT operations team as business needs grow.</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>Work model: On-site, five days per week</li><li>Approximately 10-20% nationwide travel</li><li>Hands-on technical leadership role with significant opportunity to shape and scale IT operations</li><li>Some physical handling of IT and AV equipment may be required</li><li>Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and satisfy applicable regulatory employment requirements</li></ul>
