For immediate consideration please reach out to (916) 649-0832.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage day-to-day accounting activities across payables, receivables, and payroll support, while providing coverage for essential finance functions as needed.</p><p>• Lead monthly close tasks by preparing journal entries, maintaining general ledger accuracy, and assisting with the production of financial reports.</p><p>• Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis to verify balances, resolve discrepancies, and strengthen financial accuracy.</p><p>• Prepare billing support for assigned grants, including invoice drafts, reimbursement packages, and schedules backed by complete supporting documentation.</p><p>• Organize payroll records, vendor materials, receipts, and other source documents required for state, federal, and private funding submissions.</p><p>• Partner with the Director of Finance on budgeting activities, forecasting efforts, audit preparation, and grant monitoring processes.</p><p>• Maintain orderly physical and electronic records to support departmental operations, retention standards, and audit readiness.</p><p>• Provide administrative or supervisory support in the absence of finance leadership and contribute to special projects assigned by management.</p>
