In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service to members over the phone, helping with account questions, transactions, and financial service needs. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, solving problems, and building positive relationships with customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist members by phone with account inquiries and service requests.</li><li>Resolve issues related to online banking, loans, debit and credit cards, stop payments, ACH transactions, and other account services.</li><li>Process account transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Open and close deposit accounts and debit/ATM cards.</li><li>Process transfers, credit card payments, fee adjustments, and account maintenance requests.</li><li>Research and resolve member concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.</li><li>Educate members on available products and services and identify opportunities for referrals when appropriate.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Stay current on products, services, and operational procedures.</li></ul>
