<p><strong>DIRECT HIRE: Recruiting Manager – Mortgage & Loan Industry (San Diego, CA)</strong></p><p><strong>Mission:</strong></p><p> Own the recruiting strategy and team performance. This person is a player-coach who sets the tone, systems, and goals - and ensures recruiting is directly tied to the company’s growth objectives. This is a hybrid recruiting and sales leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performing recruiting team focused on hiring loan officers nationwide.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and execute the national recruiting strategy for loan officer expansion.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; coach on sourcing, conversion, and relationship-building best practices.</li><li>Set and track monthly/quarterly KPIs (outreach, conversions, placements, funded volume, etc.).</li><li>Develop performance-driven campaigns, contests, and incentives to drive recruiter productivity and engagement.</li><li>Partner closely with leadership and marketing to align recruiting messaging, branding, and outreach strategies.</li><li>Participate in key prospect meetings to help close top loan officer talent.</li><li>Leverage an established professional network within the mortgage and financial services industry to open new markets and attract high-caliber talent.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across recruiting operations to meet business growth and expansion goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
