High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in I.T. related field preferred<br>2 years experience required working as an I.T. Technician providing end user support required<br>3 years experience working with Mac and PC computers required<br>3 years experience phone & printer troubleshooting required<br>3 years experience required performing basic software and network troubleshooting<br>5 years experience working with Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, ServiceNow, MS Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint.<br>2-5 years experience providing phone and desk side support<br>Ability to write technical materials to communicate “how to” instructions<br>Ability to work effectively on a team<br>Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment<br>Detail oriented<br>Knowledgeable of new technologies <br>Proficient in desktop operating systems and productivity applications. <br>Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills<br>Advanced ability to deliver world class customer service in varied environments<br>Advanced ability to manage projects and priorities<br>Advanced ability to document processes and workflows<br>Knowledge and experience of incident ticketing systems<br>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and server administration tools <br>Experienced with basic computer, phone & printer troubleshooting<br>Experienced with basic software and network troubleshooting<br>Able to maintain confidentiality
