<p>Key Skills & Expectations:</p><p>• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to assist employees up to Executive level roles.</p><p>• Critical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot computer, phone, printer, and software related issues.</p><p>• Detailed oriented around processes, policies, knowledge base articles, documenting tickets, and maintaining assets.</p><p>• Ability to maintain confidentiality.</p><p>• Primarily a Windows 10 & 11 OS based environment, along with Android and iOS mobile devices.</p><ul><li>Note: Having MacOS experience is not required but will be highly beneficial when helping with remote support tickets.</li></ul><p>• Experience with Active Directory, O365 MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, MS OneDrive & SharePoint, Jira Service Management (JSM), and remote connection tools.</p><p>o Note: Atera is our remote connection tool.</p>
