This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to the success of our printing and publishing operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Maintain accurate records by processing invoices, coding transactions, and managing accounts payable entries.</p><p>• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation for financial reporting.</p><p>• Generate lead schedules to support reconciliation and auditing processes.</p><p>• Produce ad-hoc reports related to inventory and financial data analysis.</p><p>• Conduct regular check runs and ensure timely payment to vendors.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve invoice processing workflows.</p><p>• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and address overdue payments.</p><p>• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure financial accuracy.</p><p>• Uphold compliance with company policies and industry standards in all financial transactions.</p>
