As this is a Contract to permanent position, it offers an excellent opportunity to transition into a long-term role within the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.<br>• Coordinate and manage leave of absence processes, including FMLA, disability, and other related programs.<br>• Analyze benefits data and provide recommendations to optimize program offerings.<br>• Oversee workers’ compensation cases, including claims management and reporting.<br>• Develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency in benefits and leave administration.<br>• Conduct audits of benefits processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Serve as a subject matter expert to employees, providing guidance on benefits and leave-related inquiries.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation of benefit programs.<br>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations impacting benefits and leave policies.
