The person in this role will help keep daily operations organized through strong coordination, effective communication, and dependable administrative support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage complex calendars for senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and adjusting priorities as business needs change.<br>• Prepare, format, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents to support leadership decision-making and departmental activities.<br>• Coordinate travel plans and related logistics, ensuring itineraries, reservations, and supporting details are accurate and delivered on time.<br>• Arrange conference calls, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions while confirming participants, materials, and meeting readiness.<br>• Monitor and replenish office supplies by tracking inventory levels and placing orders to support smooth day-to-day operations.<br>• Provide broad administrative support such as handling correspondence, maintaining organized records, and assisting with special projects as assigned.<br>• Support documentation processes, including the preparation and organization of export-import related materials when needed.<br>• Serve as a reliable point of coordination across internal teams to help leadership stay informed, prepared, and on schedule.
