Attorney/Lawyer Corporate Litigation Attorney Our client, a construction restoration company is looking for a 3 plus years corporate contracts/litigation counsel to support the legal and business teams. This a dynamic position requiring an energetic, outgoing, sales and customer service focused attorney with strong legal and business acumen and a pragmatic approach to negotiation and problem-solving. This position would be supporting a high volume and fast-paced commercial contracting, primarily supporting the sales team, providing timely legal guidance and support across several key departments, litigation support and management. The Corporate Litigation in house attorney will partner with senior leadership, sales, operations, HR, and finance teams to provide timely and practical legal advice on a daily basis. The Litigation Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts related to sales, operations, employment, materials, services, and office leases. The Litigation Attorney will manage litigation and construction litigation experience is highly preferred.
