This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to various administrative and organizational tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage daily office operations, including ordering supplies, handling mail distribution, and coordinating with external service providers.<br>• Facilitate safety training programs for contractors, visitors, and vendors while maintaining accurate records of certifications.<br>• Organize plant-wide events, recycling initiatives, and employee involvement activities to enhance workplace engagement.<br>• Coordinate HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, managing background checks, preparing offer letters, and maintaining compliance with employee rights posters.<br>• Process payroll adjustments and submissions weekly, ensuring proper documentation for vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.<br>• Assist in onboarding new employees by scheduling training sessions, providing necessary paperwork, and coordinating first-day activities.<br>• Support plant safety efforts by scheduling first aid training, conducting annual evacuation drills, and managing workers’ compensation documentation.<br>• Maintain accurate safety documentation, including hearing test data, respirator certifications, and incident tracking reports.<br>• Collaborate with supervisors and HR partners to address employee-related concerns and ensure compliance with corporate policies.<br>• Oversee updates to facility communication platforms, including posting plant-specific information on AppSpace TV monitors.
