This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys improving processes, organizing contracts, and working with technology to create structure within a legal department.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Organize and centralize legal documents, contracts, and related records.</li><li>Review, categorize, and migrate agreements into a centralized contract repository.</li><li>Manage and track contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, purchase agreements, and other commercial documents.</li><li>Extract agreements from shared drives, DocuSign, and other storage locations.</li><li>Assist with the creation and maintenance of a new contract database and matter tracking system.</li><li>Support electronic signature workflows and document management processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly indexed and easily searchable.</li><li>Partner closely with internal stakeholders to improve legal operations and document organization.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology and cloud-based solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p>
