  • <p>We are looking for an experienced Consolidations Manager to oversee financial reporting and manage year-end close activities across multiple entities. This position requires a strong background in consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and financial analysis, with expertise in Oracle Fusion and similar tools. This is a 4-month contract role based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the year-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial results.</p><p>• Handle intercompany eliminations, consolidation entries, and adjusting journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>• Update and manage the consolidated entity schedule, aligning ownership structures and hierarchies with system requirements.</p><p>• Perform detailed financial analyses across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods to identify trends and variances.</p><p>• Prepare comprehensive monthly consolidated financial reporting packages for executive review.</p><p>• Utilize Oracle Fusion - FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close), HFM Smartview and related tools to execute consolidation processes and generate insightful reports.</p><p>• Extract, transform, and analyze data using advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables and complex formulas.</p><p>• Collaborate with site accounting teams to ensure standardized close procedures and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.</p><p>• Partner with leadership to enhance financial visibility and meet reporting requirements.</p><p>• Drive process improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting workflows.</p>
